Damage during shipping

If any item was damaged during shipping, contact us immediately. Please keep all of the packaging materials.

Non-Shipping Addresses

We do not ship to P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses.

Returns

There will be NO refund for all download software licence key product and consumables (including ink & paper).

For box set software, we offer a 7 days return policy only if the packaging has NOT been opened. Customer is responsible for cost of return shipping.

For other items we offer a 14 days exchange policy only if the item sold is found to be defective by the manufacturers. The defective item will be exchanged for the same model only if the return guidelines are followed: The item must be returned in NEW condition and with all the original manufacturers packaging, including cartons, boxes, instruction manuals and blank warranty cards and copy of customer sales invoice. All returns must be boxed and packed securely for shipping.

Replacement items will be exchanged within 14 days from the day the customer received the original item. After the return period has expired, please contact the manufacturer to resolve any problems with your equipment. Customer is responsible for cost of return shipping.
